I'm a long haul trucker. Coming out of Ca with produce going to the northeast I usually run I-40 to the 40/81 split east of Knoxville. I've been running cross country for years and I-81 is one of the most dangerous interstates in the country mainly due to the reckless 4-wheelers who have no regard for their or the truckers safety. Most of the accidents on all roads involving cars and trucks are the fault of the cars. I've seen it all in my 38 years driving across this country and wish I had a video of the crazy stunts pulled by 4-wheelers. Don't blame the truckers for all. I'd be willing to say 90% are due to the actions of cars.
Lets form groups of drivers that video the trucks that are tail gating and harassing the cars on I81. The group of cars will pull the trucks over call the police at the same time and demand a court date.
With all the proof and eye wittinesses we will have that will put the screws to these bad truck drivers in the court room.
