Highway cleanup crew picked up 2,666 jugs of urine and 67 bags with human excrement in them...
"All of the cleanup crews encounter it. It's pretty much the same around the state," she said. "They're mostly found on interchanges near rest areas. Why can't they stop there?"
A state worker, had never heard of urine jugs when she started her job in 1989. Now the numbers grow each year. "Several years ago, we started finding them and didn't know what to do with them and left them. But you can't leave it there or the freeways would be (flooded)," she said. "It's incredible what's out there. Where is it going to stop?"
Why would anyone pee in a jug, instead of stopping at a rest room, or just going behind a tree somewhere? And if you did pee in a jug, why wouldn't you dump it out on the ground? Why leave the full jug, and drive away?
This is absolutely disgusting. How lazy can a person actually be that they can't just pull of and use a public restroom. My gosh what is wrong with people! No one should have to be picking up bottles or ever JUGS of urine. Anyone that does this should be ashamed of themselves for such rude, inconsiderate actions!! This sounds more like the behavior of a teenager or child... come on people...GROW UP!
